You can measure your wrist with a tape measure or use a piece of string that you then place along a yardstick. Your circumference + about 1 cm is how the bracelet would fit best. Of course, this varies from person to person, but at least remember to keep this as a minimum.


Measuring your wrist size
Determining your wrist size is easy with string or a tape measure. Wrap a tape measure around your wrist (just behind your wrist bone), not too tight but close all around. Then read the size off the tape measure. In the absence of a tape measure, wrap a piece of string around your wrist the same way. Make a mark on the string where the string has completely encased your wrist. Then place the string along a tape measure and read the measurement.
