Shipment information
- Shipping in the Netherlands and Germany is free from €50, otherwise only €3.95
- Within 2 business days your order will be shipped, after that it takes about 1 to 2 days for PostNL or DHL (Germany) to put it in your mailbox. During busy periods it can sometimes take longer.
- Your order will be sent as a mailbox package; you do not have to stay at home for it.
- Shipping is available throughout Europe for only €7.50 and is free from €100
- With every order you get a jewelry bag or pouch. No claim can be made for a particular type of pouch, this is done based on order value and availability which pouch you get. It is a gift from us to you to keep your jewelry beautiful for a long time.
Has your package been reported as delivered, but you haven't received it yet?
Don't worry! If the delivery address is correct and the neighbors haven't received a package, chances are your order will still be delivered in the next few days.Still haven't received a package after a week? Please let us know! We will be happy to help you and look for a solution together.

Pack the products in original condition and (undamaged) packaging (in case of complete return, this also applies to the jewelry bag that you received from us there, if absent, costs will be charged for this). Return is at your own expense and risk (Unless there is a defect, please mention this in an email: info@vivelabelle.nl) (For sale items you will not receive a jewelry bag, Sale items may also not be returned)
Refund:
We will refund your costs within 14 days to you in the way you paid.
Retourvoorwaarden
Every online customer has 14 days right of withdrawal (Worn jewelry may not be returned. Earrings should not have been opened from their seal. Therefore, we will not accept these if we find that it has been worn and refunds will not be initiated. Sale may not be returned. Return costs are for buyer's account.
How do I get my money back as soon as possible
By including your order number and your name with your return, you ensure that we can process it quickly. The way you paid is also the way you will get your money back. This usually takes a few business days after your refund.
