Discolouration Guarantee

Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and finished with a durable PVD plating. This combination ensures a long-lasting, rich gold colour and high resistance to discolouration with normal use.

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and therefore offer a 6-month guarantee against discolouration.

Should discolouration occur within this period, please contact us at info@vivelabelle.nl. Please include clear photos so that we can assess it quickly for you. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.

Manufacturing Defects Guarantee

Each piece of jewellery is produced with care and attention. Despite our quality controls, it may occur in exceptional cases that there is a manufacturing defect.

If a clear manufacturing defect occurs within one month after receipt, we will, of course, replace the item free of charge.

In that case, please contact us at info@vivelabelle.nl and attach clear photos. Here too, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

The guarantee applies to normal use and proper care, as described on our care page.
